Wavetrac H22 Differential AWD Machining

This service involves machining a Wavetrac H22 FWD differential to be compatible with an AWD H22 drivetrain. The process includes the following steps:

1. The differential’s bolt holes are machined to remove the internal threads, ensuring the diameter matches that of OEM K-series AWD transfer gear bolts.
2. The bolt holes are recess-cut to accommodate the diameter of K-series bolt heads, providing proper clearance with the AWD H22 bell housing and ensuring accurate transfer gear tooth alignment.

Important Notes:

• Once modified, the Wavetrac H22 differential will no longer be compatible with FWD applications.
• The Wavetrac H22 differential is sold separately.
• Customers sending their own differential for machining are responsible for covering shipping costs to and from the shop.
